Job summary

The Predoc Research and Communications Coordinator at The Wharton School will support the Behavior Change for Good Initiative (BCFG) leadership in running large-scale field experiments and coordinating communications across sites. This full-time, limited-term position is designed for recent graduates seeking predoctoral research experience.

The term runs June 2, 2027–June 1, 2029, with annual salary and benefits.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Background in Economics, Psychology, Behavioral Economics, or Behavioral Science preferred.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills; strong attention to detail; experience with MS Office and digital communication/design tools.

Responsibilities

Coordinate behavior change interventions across diverse settings.
Manage and coordinate multi-site research projects and communications.
Develop and implement research designs; conduct data analysis; prepare reports and disseminate findings.
Support research and communications within Angela Duckworth’s lab; handle administrative duties.
