AssetWatch is seeking a Condition Monitoring Engineer to support data-driven predictive maintenance for industrial customers. You will work with product development, installation and support teams to collect vibration data at client sites and tailor processing to asset needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of relevant vibration data collection and analysis experience.
• Preference for ISO Category II or higher vibration certification.
• Strong understanding of electro-mechanical fundamentals including motors.
• Experience with machinery health evaluation via vibration data analysis.
• Proficiency with vibration spectra and time waveform analyzers.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze vibration and temperature data at client sites; customize data processing.
• Perform data collection, software modeling and engineering evaluations.
• Evaluate machinery health through detailed vibration data analysis.
• Develop software models to expand vibration data analysis library.
• Provide actionable information to clients with calibrated alarm levels.
