Job summary

HTC Global Services is seeking a Research Engineer specializing in applied data science and predictive modeling for connected vehicle systems. You will build prognostic features, develop time-series analytics, and create DSP pipelines with Python, SQL, Spark, and cloud platforms.

The role blends modeling, simulation, and hardware validation, with four days onsite in a hybrid setup. Strong Python/C++ skills, MATLAB/Simulink experience, and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in a related field with 4+ years of statistical experience.
• Proficient in Python and SQL with C++ experience for embedded systems.
• Experience with MATLAB/Simulink and cloud data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop prognostic features from concept to deployment.
• Design RUL and fault-detection models for vehicle subsystems.
• Convert predictive models to optimized C++ code for embedded use.
• Process large-scale telemetry with Python, SQL, Spark, Hadoop, and cloud platforms.
• Collaborate with SMEs to validate diagnostics and prognostics.
