Cboe Global Markets seeks a highly motivated analyst to work on the Cboe Predicts platform, conducting competitive analysis, building automation, and delivering strategic insights in a fast-growing area. The role blends capital markets research with coding and AI-assisted workflows to inform product decisions.

You will write analyses in the morning and code Python in the afternoon, presenting ideas to stakeholders while leveraging macro and micro event impact insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, data science, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in capital markets, exchanges, asset management, market structure, or fintech.
• AI workflow engineering experience.
• Knowledge of capital markets, securities valuation, and financial institutions.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis: pivot tables, structured data models, and dashboards.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Ability to take loosely scoped projects to concrete deliverables across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze retail participation, flow characteristics, and adoption trends across Cboe proprietary products and translate patterns into product and go-to-market implications.
• Build and maintain recurring dashboards and reporting on retail behavior for internal business owners with automated pipelines.
• Quantify the impact of retail initiatives in dollars or participation terms for advisory materials.
• Track competitor product changes and fee filings; inform internal stakeholders promptly.
• Monitor trends among institutional clients to measure participation in event contracts supporting Cboe Predicts Growth.
