What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop, manage, and maintain comprehensive integrated master schedules for data center projects from pre-construction through construction hand-off
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, procurement, and trade partners to validate sequencing and ensure schedule feasibility
  • Conduct detailed schedule analysis to identify potential risks, delays, and opportunities for optimization
  • Facilitate schedule review meetings and present updates, forecasts, and critical path analyses to stakeholders
  • Support project controls functions including progress measurement, earned value analysis, and delay impact assessments
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered
  • Proficiency in scheduling software, specifically Primavera P6 and knowledge of Microsoft Project
  • Strong understanding of preconstruction and construction sequencing, critical path method (CPM), and best scheduling practices
  • 7+ years of experience in project scheduling, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience with data center construction or mission-critical infrastructure projects
  • Familiarity with Power BI, Excel, and other reporting tools for KPI tracking and dashboard creation
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-tech environments with aggressive timelines
  • PMP, AACE PSP, PMI-SP, or equivalent certification is a plus
