Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in relevant fields, or 8 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to train others and monitor their work for quality and completeness.
• Demonstrated success in managing construction projects and support staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor estimating personnel.
• Participate in design review meetings.
• Evaluate design options and recommend solutions.
• Monitor project scope, cost, and constructability.
• Help develop bid packages and manage vendor participation.
