Qualifications

• 10–15 years construction management experience, blending PM and preconstruction.
• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• Strong scheduling, phasing, logistics planning, and preconstruction process expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead early-phase planning with operations and leadership.
• Direct conceptual estimating, GMP development, and pursuit strategy.
• Advise on risk, sequencing, constructability, and logistics.
