Qualifications

• Experience in commercial roofing preconstruction or related construction role.
• 5 years of experience with a commercial construction contractor or design.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain project documentation including job books and submittal packages.
• Coordinate procurement of materials with vendors.
