Job summary

Rosendin, one of the nation’s largest employee-owned electrical contractors, invites a Pre-Construction Manager to lead major projects from pursuit through early design. You’ll develop opportunities with new and existing clients, coordinating with owners, architects, and design teams to shape winning proposals.

Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor’s in Construction Management and at least five years of industry experience, with strong communication skills and a proactive, self-starting approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management required.
• Minimum 5 years of construction industry experience; electrical contractor is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to manage pursuits and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project pursuit details and pricing for proposals.
• Plan and organize projects as Pursuit Leader.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, and design consultants.
• Represent Rosendin in project meetings.
• Oversee pricing quotations for prime customers.
• Manage contract financials to protect interests while maintaining relationships.
• Support corporate executives with additional duties.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and project objectives.
