Qualifications

Responsibilities
Assist with quantity take-offs and compiling cost estimates for active bids.
Support subcontractor outreach, bid solicitation, and proposal preparation.
Help review plans and participate in preconstruction meetings.
Aid with schedule updates and budget tracking using industry-standard software.
