Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with quantity take-offs and compiling cost estimates for active bids.
• Support subcontractor outreach, bid solicitation, and proposal preparation.
• Help review plans and participate in preconstruction meetings.
• Aid with schedule updates and budget tracking using industry-standard software.
