You will collaborate with owners and subcontractors, develop cost estimates, and help shape project scopes from planning through final bids.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, organizing bid activities, and cost-saving value engineering while aligning with the company’s SOPs and strategic plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Experience estimating and cost analysis in construction.
• Proficiency with Destini or Sage Estimating.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of project management principles.
• Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) or similar is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize and conduct site walks with potential bidders.
• Prepare estimates for planning, organizing, and scheduling project work.
• Produce conceptual, schematic, design development, and final cost estimates.
• Develop bid scopes at construction document phase.
• Visit sites to develop risk mitigation plans for project costs and schedule.
• Organize and conduct pre-bid meetings as needed.
• Develop preliminary schedules for bid packages.
• Review and qualify subcontractor bids.
• Manage the overall bid process and generate bid packages.
• Generate RFIs during bidding phase and project turnover meetings.
