Job summary

Florida Construction Connection in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Preconstruction & Estimating Project Leader for Design-Build and CM at Risk projects. You will lead preconstruction strategy from concept through GMP, driving budgeting, cost modeling, and value engineering to maximize margin in Florida markets.

You will coordinate with architects and consultants, engage trade partners, present GMPs, manage risk, and transition projects into operations.

If you lead preconstruction strategy in Florida and understand how early decisions control margin, risk, and execution, this opportunity is for operators like you as not for not spreadsheet technicians.
