Job summary

Navitas Resourcing Group is seeking a Preconstruction Engineer (CSA) to join a growing Mission Critical team responsible for early development of major Data Center projects. You’ll work with CSA scope during preconstruction, collaborating with the Preconstruction Manager, design teams, estimators and subcontractors.

The candidate should have 3–5 years’ experience in project engineering or preconstruction and a background in civil, structural or construction management.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in project engineering, preconstruction or design coordination.
• Experience on ground-up commercial/industrial/data center projects.
• Experience with cost tracking, take-offs, scope development or subcontractor coordination.
• Experience with a General Contractor, design-build firm or engineering consultancy.

Responsibilities

• Support estimating and quantity take-offs.
• Assist with CSA scope development.
• Review drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate design, engineering and BIM teams.
• Support constructability reviews and value engineering.
• Assist with subcontractor scopes and bid reviews.
• Support early procurement and project planning.
