Jobvite, Inc. is seeking a Preconstruction Engineer to assist with preconstruction services for projects. You will analyze costs and scopes, coordinate with the team, and help build relationships with trade partners and clients. Travel up to 10% may be required.
The role requires a foundational degree in building-related fields, 1–3 years of experience in large-scale construction, and proficiency in MS Office. LEED AP or OSHA 10-hour certification is preferred to strengthen qualifications.
The Preconstruction Engineer is responsible to assist in providing preconstruction services for projects. They should be self-motivated and enjoy meeting new clients and creating relationships with trade partners. The Preconstruction Engineer works to analyze costs and scopes of work while maintaining administrative requirements and team coordination related to preconstruction. This position requires an adaptable team player with great communication and time management skills. In this role you may be required to travel up to 10% of the time.
