Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Preconstruction Director - Water/Wastewater in Lone Tree, CO to lead strategy for major water and wastewater infrastructure pursuits. You will develop conceptual estimates, GMPs, and risk assessments while coordinating design partners and subs to advance complex projects.

Job Details

Lead preconstruction strategy for water and wastewater projects from early pursuit through handoff. Build conceptual estimates and GMPs, evaluate risk, coordinate design partners and subcontractors, drive value engineering, and present recommendations to clients and executive leadership. The ideal candidate has deep experience with treatment plants, pump stations, pipelines, CMAR or design-build delivery, and large civil infrastructure estimating.
