A leading renewable energy company is seeking a Preconstruction Associate to join their team in Houston, Texas. This position will focus on supporting the planning and execution of utility-scale renewable energy projects. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years of relevant experience, with strong analytical and organizational skills. Responsibilities include coordinating stakeholders, managing procurement processes, and tracking project milestones. An excellent benefits package is included with a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $130,000.
Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in renewable energy, construction, engineering, or project management.
Familiarity with utility-scale solar, wind, or energy storage projects preferred.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
Responsibilities
Support preconstruction activities across solar, storage, and wind projects.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Assist in managing EPC procurement processes and bid evaluation.
