Provides coordination and administrative support to preconstruction and estimating teams in managing bids, proposals, and documentation, with a strong focus on organization, accuracy, and prioritization of work. Assists with subcontractor outreach, data entry, and bid tracking to ensure accurate and timely project delivery support for multiple concurrent projects, including coordinating and working with the prequalification liaison to support the prequalification of trade partners as part of the solicitation process. Contributes to the smooth operation of preconstruction activities by maintaining organized systems and clear communication among team members and trade partners.

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
2–4 years of experience in estimating coordination, construction administration, or a related field required.
Experience with estimating software such as Building Connected or equivalent bid solicitation software preferred.
