Premier Fence, LLC is seeking a skilled Custom Wood & PVC Fabricator to join our production team. The role focuses on fabricating custom wood and PVC products, including fence panels, gates, and posts, adhering to plans and quality standards.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and thrives in a fast-paced shop environment using a variety of hand and power tools. Drug screening is required prior to employment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in wood or PVC product fabrication.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening that includes Marijuana.
• Ability to work in a high-dust environment and wear safety equipment as required.
• Ability to visually differentiate colors and textures.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, high-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Read, interpret, and follow plans and blueprints to produce custom products within required tolerances and specifications.
• Safely and effectively operate power saws, routers, and various hand and power tools.
• Load, position, and adjust workpieces onto equipment or worktables.
• Measure, mark, and inspect materials to ensure specifications and quality standards are met.
• Manufacture panels and other materials through grinding, sanding, polishing, and finishing processes.
• Verify the quality of finished products by visual inspection, templates, and precise measurements.
• Build custom products using appropriate tools and equipment.
