Job summary

• Read and interpret drawings, work instructions, and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Understand and demonstrate safety as the first priority in all work-related activities.
• Assemble harnesses and power panels using assembly boards, instructions, drawings, and production schedules.
• Build harness designs regardless of size, complexity, or content.
• Sub-assembly of switches and switch components.
• Install wire assemblies into panel sub-assemblies.
• Test completed harness assemblies using on-board test processes.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose outputs of the on-board test and correct defects.
• Work with minimum supervision.
• Identify defects from upstream suppliers that affect quality.
• Measure lengths and densities with ruler or tape measure.
• Clean and package per published methodologies and standards.
• Other duties as required.
