Capital Electric, part of the Sonepar group, is hiring a Wire Cutter for our Maryland distribution facility. The role focuses on coiling, spooling, cutting and labeling wire to meet customer orders with precision and speed.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 1–2 years in a warehouse (electrical distribution preferred), strong math and communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs (70 lbs occasionally). We offer generous benefits and growth opportunities.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• 1-2 years warehouse experience - electrical distribution industry preferred
• Good and dependable mathematical, verbal, and written communication skills
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. on regular basis; up to 70 lbs. occasionally
• Reliable, responsible, and a great work ethic

Mansioni

• Cut wire to the length specified on ticket order
• Label and deliver wire to correct routing staging area
• Maintain organization and neatness in wire room
• Be on time and work diligently with co-workers
• Multi-task and continually prioritize tasks to be completed throughout the day
• Follow verbal and written instructions with minimal supervision
• Other duties as required
