Renewal by Andersen – Earth City, MO is seeking an experienced Window Measure and Order Technician. This role focuses on accurate measurements for custom window and door replacements, determining sizing and configurations, and submitting precise orders to ensure a perfect fit.

Ideal candidates bring carpentry or remodeling experience and a detail-oriented approach. You will work closely with Design Consultants and installers, use tablets to record data, and help maintain organized project files

Qualifications

• Experience measuring and ordering windows (not just installing).
• Background in carpentry, remodeling, window/door installation, or similar trades.
• Ability to read a tape measure, understand framing, and visualize the install.
• Strong attention to detail — accuracy matters.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate, detailed measurements for custom window and door replacements.
• Determine correct product sizing, configurations, and installation requirements.
• Submit precise orders to ensure a perfect fit.
• Verify materials and products before installation.
• Identify structural issues during site visits and flag challenges early.
