Job summary

Toyota Boshoku America is seeking a diligent team member for the manufacturing floor in Mississippi. The role focuses on welding/assembly of parts per customer specifications while maintaining safety, quality, and efficient material flow.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years in manufacturing. The position supports a fixed or rotating shift with potential overtime and emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Good math and communication skills are essential.
• Experience with precision measuring tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow all standard work procedures.
• Meet production requirements and complete production sheets.
• Stop, call, and wait for all abnormal conditions.
• Follow all safety procedures and communicate issues with TL/GL.
• Perform required quality checks.
• Participate in a team-focused manufacturing environment.
• Utilize TPS techniques to standardize processes and eliminate waste.
• Maintain daily 5S in the work area and equipment.
• Work with other team members and understand TB Way philosophy.
• Other duties as assigned.
