Qualifications

• Experience with MIG and TIG welding in a manufacturing or fabrication setting.
• Ability to read work orders, drawings and specifications.
• Must pass 2G welding certification and maintain safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and TIG weld buildup to repair worn components of control valve assemblies.
• Grind, sand, machine, and polish welded parts to OEM specs.
• Weld diaphragms and fabricate sealed instrumentation systems per specs.
• Perform vacuum leak testing and maintain inventory of parts and consumables.
• Operate welding equipment and hand tools safely in an industrial environment.
