Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of welding experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Proficient in measuring and calculating fractions and decimals.
• Able to use measurement tools including square, angle square, calipers, and tape measure.
• Use of wrenches, air tools, handheld grinders, overhead cranes, steel handling, and frequent lifting required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 pounds.
• Able to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Weld large and small weldments.
• Lay out parts and fabricate as needed; read prints and weld per blueprint requirements.
• Produce parts in a timely manner to meet production schedule.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
