Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional welding experience.
• Possess a welding certification or ability to become AWS certified.
• Ability to read and understand welding blueprints.
• Experience using precise measuring equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Self-motivation and a good work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Maintain effective welding operations to meet customer demands and provide on-time delivery.
• Fabricate complex weldments per customer requirements and specifications.
• Take ownership of organizing and cleaning specified work areas in the welding department.
• Take the initiative to help other production areas as needed.
• Communicate with the Leadership Team when necessary.
