Strong attention to detail and dependability are valued. Hourly rate ranges from $22.00 to $24.00, with final pay based on experience.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
No experience required—we'll train you; mechanically inclined helps.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
Basic computer literacy for data entry and labor transaction systems.
Dependability and manufacturing familiarity.
Experience with microscopes or vision systems is a plus.
Ability to work independently and troubleshoot issues.

Responsibilities

Learn precision welding techniques (TIG ID, TIG OD, Laser ID, marking) to earn Operator Authorizations.
Interpret engineering drawings and craft components to spec, with precision.
Set up machines and maintain stable operating conditions.
Monitor production in real time and adjust tooling to keep quality high.
Inspect parts using micrometers, verniers and leak-check equipment.
Record labor transactions accurately in our systems.
