Job summary

TSG Resolute in Americus, GA is seeking a welder for full‑time, regular manufacturing work. You will fabricate and assemble metal components to tight specifications and ensure product integrity for a variety of applications.

Responsibilities include interpreting blueprints and welding symbols, performing Arc, TIG, MIG, Flux Core welds and brazing, operating overhead cranes, inspecting joints, and collaborating with engineering to improve processes while maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven welding experience in manufacturing or metal fabrication.
• Proficiency in Arc, TIG, MIG, and Flux Core welding.
• Ability to read blueprints, welding symbols, and drawings.
• Experience operating overhead cranes and material handling safely.
• Solid safety knowledge and adherence to welding standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform Arc, TIG, MIG, Flux Core, and Brazing to join metal parts according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols to understand project requirements and ensure accuracy.
• Operate overhead cranes and other material handling equipment safely to position heavy metal components for welding.
• Inspect welded joints for quality and compliance with industry standards, making adjustments or repairs as necessary.
• Collaborate with fabrication and engineering teams to troubleshoot issues and improve welding processes and product designs.
