Laser North in Hayti, South Dakota is seeking full-time Welders to join our precision manufacturing team. You will weld and fabricate components, ensuring high quality and on‑time delivery while maintaining a clean and safe work area.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years of welding experience, the ability to read blueprints, and either a welding certification or the drive to obtain AWS certification. You’ll work in a supportive environment with ongoing skills training and safety emphasis.

Qualifications

• 1+ years welding experience preferred.
• Able to read welding blueprints and specifications.
• Welding certification or ability to obtain AWS certification.
• Familiar with precise measuring equipment and inspection.
• Demonstrates strong safety, quality and detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain welding operations to meet customer demands and deliver on time.
• Fabricate complex weldments per specifications.
• Organize and clean the welding area.
• Support other production areas as needed.
• Communicate with leadership as required.
