Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a Warehouse Receiving Associate to verify and document incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and inventory integrity. You will work with RF scanners, assist with cycle counts, and support smooth flow from receiving to shipping.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, safety, and collaborative problem solving in a fast-paced warehouse environment near Bethany, PA. Training is provided and prior warehouse exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months warehouse experience.
• Preferred experience with electric pallet jacks.
• Strong planning, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Examining and verifying incoming shipments against records.
• Recording shipment data such as weight, damages, and discrepancies.
• Maintaining inventory through cycle counting and addressing shortages or damages.
• Labeling pallets, verifying inbound freight accuracy, and documenting inconsistencies.
• Operating warehouse management systems and technology (e.g., RF scanners).
• Monitoring high-value items and ensuring pest-free shipments.
• Performing routine tasks to support inventory control and warehouse efficiency.
