Job summary

Sonepar Canada, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate (Picking) to join our Mesa, AZ operations. You will pick, pack, and ship orders, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company standards while supporting inventory control and quality processes.

Responsibilities include processing shipping labels, inspecting incoming goods, and maintaining organized receiving areas. The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs; forklift certification is a plus but

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using receiving software and systems.
• Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Certifications: Forklift certification is an advantage but not required

Responsibilities

• Order fulfillment: Pick, pack and prepare outings per customer orders.
• Shipping coordination: Process shipping labels and documents.
• Inspection: Check incoming goods for defects and discrepancies.
• Inventory Management: Update inventory systems with received items.
• Documentation: Maintain receiving logs and paperwork.
• Equipment Use: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
• Coordination: Assist receiving, shipping, inventory, and quality control operations.
• Stock Organization: Keep receiving area clean and hazard-free.
• Returns: Process returned items and coordinate replacements or credits.
