Job summary

LinPepCo in Alliance, Nebraska is seeking a Warehouse Picker to build and prepare product orders for delivery to customer accounts. This role focuses on accurate picking, palletizing, and staging for shipment.

You will operate an electric pallet jack, ensure safety with proper lifting techniques, and maintain orderly warehouse conditions. The job may involve long hours during peak seasons and occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write at a level sufficient for job performance.
• Ability to obtain a pallet jack certification (18+).
• Ability to obtain a forklift certification as needed (18+).
• Demonstrated attention to detail in order picking and staging.
• Adhere to proper lifting techniques and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage and build pick ticket orders.
• Shrink wrap products to pallets.
• Ensure orders are accurate and complete.
• Stage completed pallets in designated areas.
• Build vertical pallets as needed.
• Consolidate and restock product and shells.
• Move trucks as needed for loading/unloading.
• Fulfill orders for customer pickup.
• Clean and organize warehouse facilities.
• Meet established productivity requirements.
• Perform other duties as necessary.
