Job summary

Staples is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our World Class Supply Chain team in New York. You may work as an Order Picker, Restocker, Bulk Selector, or Custodian, with training to move between roles as needed. You will follow safety procedures while efficiently handling orders and stocking product.

Ideal candidates have basic English, the ability to lift up to 70–100 pounds, and the stamina to stand and walk throughout shifts. Full-Time/Part-Time benefits apply, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Count and use basic arithmetic skills.
• Collaborate inclusively with colleagues to resolve issues.
• Adopt safety procedures and maintain safe work practices.
• Able to work in a warehouse with seasonal temperatures.
• Basic English language skills (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and timely to meet daily goals.
• Restock shelves and scan labels to prep for next shift.
• Select, pack, and move merchandise and totes along conveyor belts.
• Perform custodial and basic maintenance duties in the facility.
• May be moved into any of the above roles as needed.
