Job summary

Cambria's warehouse operator role supports our quality and efficiency goals by preparing slabs for shipping, loading trucks, and keeping the sales distribution center organized and clean.

The position involves operating forklifts and overhead cranes, verifying orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, performing safety checks, and collaborating across departments. Candidates should have at least 12 months warehouse experience, HS diploma, and be able to work overtime; physical duties apply.

Qualifications

• 12 months experience or training as a warehouse operator.
• Experience operating overhead cranes and forklift with boom and gator preferred.
• Familiarity with WMS and Oracle is preferred.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts & overhead cranes with precision and safety.
• Build and verify customer orders and load delivery trucks.
• Maintain organization and inventory accuracy in the warehouse.
• Conduct daily safety inspections on equipment.
• Load and unload inbound/outbound trailers.
• Inspect slabs for material defects.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
