Job summary

AMS Fulfillment is seeking an Operations Associate II to perform general warehouse functions including pick/pack and scanning using a handheld device. You will verify correct items and quantities, check for damage, and ensure inbound/outbound shipments are accurate and defect-free.

Responsibilities include daily pick/pack tasks, using new technology for picking, scanning with InOrder and handheld devices, and maintaining clean, organized work areas across warehouse zones.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years in similar role preferred.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and organization.

Responsibilities

• Performs pick/pack and scanning of products as assigned.
• Uses handheld device and InOrder system for scanning.
• Communicates with supervisor and leads when tasks are completed.
• Maintains housekeeping and zone procedures at end of day.
• Works across warehouse areas and may operate advanced picking/packing tech.
