Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse and forklift experience.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Intermediate PC skills.
• Knowledge of WMS or ERP (e.g., SAP, Syteline).
• Willingness to follow safety requirements.
• Willingness to adhere to standard processes and instructions.
• Mechanically inclined with hand tools.
• Ability to work in a shop environment.
• Self-motivated and goal driven.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good problem-solving, organization, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble orders and prep goods for production.
• Unpack, inspect, and store incoming materials and supplies.
• Verify accuracy of job orders using records.
• Document damages and discrepancies for reconciliation.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely (certifications as required).
• Maintain paperwork and ERP records; report to Warehouse Manager.
• Support inventory control and cycle counts.
• Receive, sign for, and inspect shipments; verify quantities and quality.
• Label, store, and stage materials in designated locations.
• Package materials for shipment or production staging; unload trucks.
