Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of warehouse or distribution experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds and wearing steel-toe shoes.
• Action-oriented with urgency and enthusiasm; collaborates effectively with others.
• Adapts effectively to changing priorities and workplace demands.

Responsibilities

• Pick orders for shipment, ensuring correct quantity and type of product and accuracy.
• Pack orders for shipment using parcel, LTL, and TL carriers according to requirements.
• Record product, packaging, and order information on required forms and systems.
• Apply shipping labels to boxes and pallets and ensure compliance with DOT, IATA, and IMDG regulations.
• Report missing items, inventory discrepancies, or quality variances to the supervisor.
• Ensure outbound shipments are accurate, complete, and free from damage.
• Inspect containers, materials, and products to verify packing specifications.
• Perform and document quality inspections per SOPs.
• Participate in inventory audits and cycle counts as needed.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and organized work area.
• Ensure the facility remains inspection-ready for SQFI, FDA, and customer requirements.
• Communicate and report incidents, safety concerns, and operational issues promptly.
• Perform housekeeping duties as required.
• Complete additional assignments as directed by the supervisor.
