Job summary

FIDELITONE is seeking a Cherry Picker/Reach Truck Operator for a Monday - Friday schedule in Lebanon, TN. This full-time role supports Operations – Order Fulfillment, performing warehouse tasks with forklifts and a WMS to move, pick, and stage merchandise.

Responsibilities include unloading inbound shipments, packing and pallet building, creating bills of lading, staging skids for outbound shipments, and keeping the work area safe and orderly under the 5S program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1–2 years warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift certification or willingness to learn; stand-up/sit-down forklift.
• Must read, write, speak English.
• Basic computer skills; Excel/Outlook/Word helpful.
• Safety-focused with ability to work accurately and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Operate WMS to enter data and track shipments.
• Unload inbound shipments and move products to storage.
• Pick, pack, pallet build, and light assembly.
• Stack and store merchandise in designated areas.
• Label, sort, wrap, pack, and repack as needed.
• Create bills of lading and carrier manifests.
• Prepare and stage skids for outbound shipments.
• Move product to outbound trucks.
• Maintain safe and clean work environment per 5S program.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
