Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic math and reading comprehension.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move up to 100 lbs.
• Valid driver's license; forklift certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Pick, check, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Review sales orders and verify items before shipment.
• Prepare, package, and secure products to prevent damage during shipping.
• Prepare customer returns for shipment to a distribution/fulfillment center or supplier.
• Receive inventory into the computer system to keep stock available for customers.
• Sort and stock products on racks, shelves, and bins using established MINO code organization.
• Identify and report damaged or substandard inventory to the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Deliver items to customers and obtain proof of delivery signatures.
• Support counter sales, invoicing, and other branch activities as needed.
• Operate a forklift or similar equipment when certified.
