Job summary

Uniti Group Inc. in Sugar Hill, GA is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to support day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, staging and shipping. You will play a key role in ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery in a fast-paced setting.

You will lift up to 50 lbs, operate pallet jacks and scanners, and follow safety and quality procedures. Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not required; training on company systems will be provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math and reading skills; ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Operate basic computer systems (training provided).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Fast-paced environment; meet productivity/quality goals.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Receive incoming shipments; verify counts and inspect for damage.
• Label, sort, and stage inventory in designated locations.
• Load/unload trucks using pallet jacks, carts, and forklifts (if certified).
• Operate basic warehouse equipment and scanners safely.
• Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counts.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area; follow 5S practices.
• Follow safety, quality, and shipping/receiving documentation procedures.
• Support other duties to back warehouse operations.
