Job summary

WCP Solutions in Anchorage is seeking a warehouse team member to accurately fulfill customer orders, load and unload freight, and maintain a clean, safe workspace in a fast-paced environment.

You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks, support inventory counts, and coordinate with sales staff. The schedule is Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–5:30 PM with possible overtime; safety and teamwork are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50 lbs frequently and up to 100 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklift, pallet jack, and hand trucks.
• Professional conduct and strong work ethic.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to work well under pressure.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Review orders and accurately pick, pull, and stage products according to processes.
• Load and unload freight to support timely, accurate order fulfillment.
• Operate warehouse equipment including forklift, pallet jack, picker, and stretch wrapper.
• Assist with updates to orders and communicate with sales staff when needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
