Job summary

The Olander Company in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to accurately receive, store, pick, pack, and ship products while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment that supports timely order fulfillment.

You will follow established procedures, manage inventory through cycle counts and stock replenishment, reprint labels with the Bartender system, and prepare orders for shipping or customer pickup.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience in ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 environment preferred.
• Excellent attendance, punctuality, and reliability.
• Strong attention to detail with inventory counting and verification.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment.
• Excellent organizational and time management; ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Effective verbal and written communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, stock, pick, pack, and ship inventory according to company procedures.
• Accurately fulfill customer orders by following notes and processes.
• Pull, put away, and manage order tags; transfer orders to shipping bins.
• Monitor consolidation bins and update pull lists as needed.
• Pull and prepare secondary orders and production kits.
• Expedite priority and will-call orders for timely pickup.
• Perform inventory tasks including cycle counts and shelf audits.
