Job summary

You will operate standard fab equipment, enter process data, and work under general supervision while learning the process flow and collaborating across departments to improve output and quality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to multi-task with attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Ability to follow written and verbal directions.
• Ability to read and follow detailed work specs.
• Regular attendance is essential.
• Ability to wear protective equipment.
• Basic computer, math and reading comprehension skills.
• US citizenship or permanent residency or protected status per export controls.

Responsibilities

• Operate standard wafer fab equipment for various operations.
• Enter data on process travelers, SPC charts and logs; track lots and equipment.
• Work under general supervision; learn the process flow of wafer fab functions.
• Interact with all levels to increase output and standardize work instructions.
• Support daily production operations and anticipate production issues.
