Job summary

Vive Collision in Cranberry Township, United States, is seeking a Disassembly Technician to dismantle vehicles after initial estimates, inspect for hidden damage, and document all findings to support precise repair planning.

You will communicate with the Production Manager/Estimator, assist with reassembly, and perform light non-structural repairs while maintaining a clean, safe workspace in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is required.
Auto body repair experience is preferred; 1 year minimum recommended.
Valid driver\'s license and clean MVR required.
I-CAR and OEM training is preferred.

Responsibilities

Disassemble vehicles after the initial estimate and inspect for structural and hidden damage.
Document damage, required parts, blend panels, moldings, clips, and one-time-use fasteners.
Communicate supplemental damage and parts to the Production Manager/Estimator.
Assist with vehicle reassembly as needed and perform light non-structural repairs.
Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all safety procedures.
Occasionally move or operate vehicles within the shop to support collision repair operations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
