Job summary

Samson Controls, Inc. is seeking a Valve Technician to assemble, automate, and test control valves and regulators in a climate-controlled production environment. You will follow drawings, orders, and quality standards to deliver high-quality assemblies.

The role requires hands-on mechanical aptitude, ability to read schematics, and teamwork in a fast-paced setting. Candidates should have a high school diploma and at least 1 year in manufacturing or valve assembly.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 1 year experience in warehouse, assembly and valve industry.
• Able to work in a climate-controlled production environment.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, automate, and test control valves per orders and drawings.
• Follow quality control procedures to meet standards.
• Inspect visually and verify against specs.
• Operate tools, test benches, and measuring devices safely.
• Identify and report nonconforming materials.
• Maintain a clean, safe production area.
• Support continuous improvement in assembly/testing.
• Other duties as assigned by Production Manager.
