Job summary

AtWork Group is seeking a detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our production team in Charlotte, NC. The role involves assembling small solenoid valves through repetitive, precision-based tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, emphasizing consistency, quality, and accuracy.

You will assemble components, inspect finished units, and maintain a clean, safe workstation while meeting daily production and quality targets. Training is provided for those new to assembly roles.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. and pass E-Verify.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required for effective communication.
• Ability to perform repetitive hand movements for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
• Able to stand for the full shift and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Prior assembly/manufacturing experience is a plus; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assemble small solenoid valve components according to standard operating procedures.
• Perform repetitive assembly tasks with speed and precision throughout shift.
• Inspect completed units for quality and consistency before moving to next stage.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
• Meet daily production and quality targets.
• Report any equipment issues or defects to a supervisor promptly.
• Follow all safety protocols and PPE requirements.
