Qualifications

• Must be able to read ticket and job notes for directions.
• Must be able to use double needle sewing machine.
• Must be able to sew throw pillows, stripes, flow match, spot, and 4 way design.
• Must be knowledgeable in sewing methods and able to meet quality specs.

Responsibilities

• Remove cover from bins and prepare for sewing.
• Inspect fabric for flaws and defects.
• Select thread colors according to fabric.
• Join pieces using the double needle sewing machine.
• Align pieces along seams and markings.
• Check for puckering or poor seams.
• Scan ticket to confirm completion.
• Place finished work in the designated buggy.
• Maintain tidy workstation and report safety issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
