Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent is required.
• Experience in tight tolerance assembly is preferred.

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications (spreadsheets, data entry, email).

Responsibilities

• Assemble high quality air ends following blueprints and work instructions.
• Read and interpret drawings, BOMs and procedures to ensure conformance.
• Use hand tools, drills and precision measuring devices to ensure tight tolerances.
• Perform quality checks and document any defects or rework.
• Maintain equipment, record work orders, and participate in TPM/6S activities.
• Operate material handling equipment safely and follow safety procedures.
