Job summary

Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Process Mechanic - Tube Bender to setup and operate NC tube bending equipment and assist in fabrication and assembly of aircraft components.

The role requires reading blueprints, performing inspections, and using precision tools. You will contribute to lean initiatives and support cross-functional teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with tubing and ducting manufacturing/installation/maintenance.
• 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
• Ability to read blueprints and work to instructions.
• Willingness to work any shift.

Responsibilities

• Setup and run NC-controlled tube benders and perform inspections.
• Install fittings such as Wiggins, Dynatube, DME, Gamah, Ringlok, Perma Swage, Cryofit, Sierracin Harrison, and AN.
• Perform end form operations and trial fits on aircraft.
• Read blueprints and process specs; use measuring instruments and CMMs.
• Participate in lean improvements and team collaboration.
