Job summary

ExcelliSearch, Inc. is seeking an experienced Toolmaker to support fabrication of tools, dies, fixtures, and jigs. You will work with CNC and manual machines to produce tooling items to tight tolerances and maintain tooling assets.

The ideal candidate has 3–8 years of Toolmaker experience, reads blueprints, and understands shop mathematics and assembly procedures. GED or high school diploma is required; an apprenticeship or trade school in tool making is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must read and interpret blueprints, schematics and engineering drawings.
• GED or HS diploma required; apprenticeship or trade school with tool making is a plus.
• 3–8 years of recent experience as a Toolmaker desired.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate tooling items by milling, turning and grinding to tight tolerances using CNC and manual machines.
• Maintain Production Tooling.
• Build new cutting/forming tools.
• Assemble for multi-slide and Four Slide production systems.
