Hire Sync in Berea, OH is seeking an experienced Welder Fabricator to perform MIG and TIG welding on stainless steel and specialty metals, reading blueprints, and fabricating to tight specifications. The role requires experience in multiple welding positions and precision measurement with tools like micrometers and calipers.

The position offers 1st or 2nd shift with a pay range of $20.00–$30.00 per hour, a $2/hour differential for 2nd shift, and weekly overtime.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of MIG/TIG welding and fabrication experience.
• Strong blueprint reading skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift.
• Welding certifications (GMAW, FCAW, GTAW) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on stainless steel and specialty metals.
• Read and work from blueprints and weld symbols.
• Complete fit-ups and fabrication to spec.
• Weld in multiple positions (vertical, horizontal, overhead).
• Use micrometers, calipers, and other precision tools.
• Maintain high-quality standards aligned with ASME/AWS.
